Welcome to W.I.R.E.
Being a woman in Real Estate can be brutal!
We run carpool, PTA meetings & coordinate college tours all while running businesses that are starting to bring in—dare we say it—more money than our partners make!
It's exciting, scary, stressful & exhilarating all at the same time. But most of all, it's lonely.
In an industry that is cut-throat-competitive, we believe in collaboration and community. We crave a space where other women are going through the same thing and understand the demands of entrepreneurship and running a household. If you’re successful and daydream of how you scale that successful business, loneliness compounds because who in the world understands what you're doing?
Welcome to The W.I.R.E. We're driven, transparent, extremely frank and definitely like to have fun while building our real estate empires. AND, good news...we saved a seat for YOU.
It's time to start treating your side hustle like a legitimate business.
We are SO excited at the thought of building WITH you in a small group setting and on a personal level. Community with like-minded agents is what makes real estate fun. Each week we'll pull up a chair to discuss what's working, what's not and what's next inside each of our businesses.

MEET KIM
A Kentucky native, Kim embodies the “strong southern woman” persona. She’s a mom to two adult kids, a wife, a serial entrepreneur & a big fan of empowering women.
She’s been a teacher/trainer for over 20 years, a Realtor for 14 years & served as Team Leader & CEO of one of the largest real estate companies in the US.
During that time, she made a lot of money for other people. Now, Kim is dedicated to creating wealth for her own family & helping you do the same!
Her super power is knowing more about you in 5 minutes than you know about yourself; and she’s not afraid to nudge you out of your own way. She’s excited to be a part of W.I.R.E. & create a space for women to connect, collaborate & learn from each other’s failures & successes.
